Ingredients
8 Whole Garlic Cloves
1 tsp salt & Pepper
3 tbs of olive oil
4 tbs of butter
Glazing
1/2 cup of honey
1 tbsp Apricot Jam
1 tsp ginger
1/2 CUp of boiling water
Pre-heat oven at 180 degree
Cut into your meat, 2cm apart with a sharp knife all around the meat. Insert the whole cloves
Of garlic into the holes. Rub the meat with the salt, pepper and olive oil.. Place the butter underneath the net, it should hold it there if cur into blocks. Place in oven covered with foil for 1 hour and 35 min.
Add all ingredients for the glazing together and mix well. Remove the foil and glaze the meat. Repeat to glaze until its golden brown and crisp.
