1 tbsp Mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt & Pepper
2 tbsp of olive oil
4 tbsp of lemon juice
The Leaves of 2 rosemary twig
3 Slices of Lemon
1 Onion cut in half
GLAZING
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees
wipe the chicken dry on outside and inside
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary together. Rub the chicken with the ingredients all over, inside and outside. Stuff the chicken with the onion and lemon. Cover it with foil and bake it for 20min. While baking starts you glaze, Add the mayo, mustard and sweet chili together. Remove the chicken from the oven and glaze the chicken should go back into the oven without the foil so that it can bake until golden brown for another 20-25min. The cooking time will digger with the size of the chicken.
